Point well taken. Here's what I was told when revisiting my own umbrella policy renewal with my insurer: that my current regular coverage is OK and I'd have to be found "terribly negligent" for the award to be more. My reply was that I didn't think a million went very far anymore, but the underwriter said that wasn't true.
