printout of what health care each patient received privacy advocates/activists will hate this, but there are abusers of the system and there should be a system of checks and means to flag and stop this stuff. Abusers simply load up the system which in turn makes the waiting lists longer. A guy that worked for one of my companies for a short time, on payday would take his kid to emergency and check him in with a cold/flu or some such thing so he and his shack-up could go partying and not have to waste any good beer money on a babysitter
