Now you're really getting humorous. I can think of about a bazillion instances where the poor hapless homeowner had all the right in the world to (and did) sue the stupid worker-person (along with his employer), who came onto the homeowner's property and damaged it........up to and including causing fires that burned the places down.

At worst, I've personally refused to pay certain people when they screwed something up. At the least, I've had them come back and redo what they messed up or failed to do properly, under the express or implied warranty extended when I allowed them to come onto my property.

Somewhere in the middle, I literally threw one off my property for theft and incompetence.

And I should worry about one of these characters taking legal action against ME????? What planet do you live on? You hire a professional company to do a job, and you should expect to get a professional job done.
