Location and the politics associated with it probably have you convinced that someone else can be blamed and held accountable for just about anything......including encountering some "soft earth" on a lawn while engaged in the business of landscaping and lawn maintenance. Don't get too comfortable with your umbrella insurance policy, either. Two or three million dollars won't satisfy a claim for paralyzing someone for life in an auto accident if you're found to be the negligent party.
