One part of the world I will never understand is YOUR part of the world.......California. Location and the politics associated with it probably have you convinced that someone else can be blamed and held accountable for just about anything......including encountering some "soft earth" on a lawn while engaged in the business of landscaping and lawn maintenance.

Don't get too comfortable with your umbrella insurance policy, either. Two or three million dollars won't satisfy a claim for paralyzing someone for life in an auto accident if you're found to be the negligent party.
