One part of the world I will never understand is YOUR part of the world.......California. Location and the politics associated with it probably have you convinced that someone else can be blamed and held accountable for just about anything..

OK I don't think I can let this go <ggg>

The problem with this line of thinking, that CA is a bunch of "fruit loops" that don't take accountability for anything.... is just patently false.

You do realize, of course, that CA along with NJ and a few others are the "giving" states, the states that generate so much wealth they have to pay for the poor hapless red states and other government dominated states that generate no wealth whatsoever?

I'm still waiting for a state other than one on the west coast to generate a new, exciting company. Apple is here, msft is here, Google is here. Dell came from Texas but it was built by a bunch of Californians who went there because it was cheap.

Really until the rest of the country learns how to pay their own bills I think all this California bashing has got to go. Just like my father used to say "I pay the bills around here. etc".
