Carter is wrong. Only an idiot would not believe that putting our ports in the hands of the UAE government is not a very risky move which defies common sense. There is no excuse for it but pure greed by a few fat cats involved in the deal, all close cronies of GW Bush and Dickhead Cheney I'm sure.
