ASML, ARM cut at UBS on slowing momentum.

LONDON (MarketWatch) -- UBS downgraded semiconductor manufacturers ARM Holdings and ASML Holding to neutral from buy, citing slowing momentum in the second quarter. UBS said it is seeing signs of a typical seasonal slowdown in end market demand after Chinese New Year. Still, the broker told clients checks with suppliers and customers suggest recent semiconductor inventory increases are in line with seasonal norms. It added that the semiconductor cycle remains intact.
