But does it translate into $$$ for COVAD, either in revenues or as an increase in network value.

I still think the end play is soon and they get taken over in the $5 range. It's a matter of price, but really the key is "good jobs" for CH and the handful of others with a larger and more stable entity.

That's the way it works in corporate America. With a little more promotion, "good jobs" for management should be w/i arm's reach.
