I see no gray area at all. This issue reduces to simple questions of what you as an American hold to be self evident.

Are all men created equal? Do we give all men equal opportunity?

The above questions are at the heart or foundation of this Port Deal. I have an extremely high believe in the honest character of our President. From the begining I wondered at the fuss. As soon as the President said he would go nuclear with a veto, then I was certain. I also so Tommy Franks speaking out. Those men have more character than all of the members of congress and the senate combined.

This is case of what do you really believe and do you really believe it.

In the real world, no law or rule or process can give absolute protection from evil men. In the real world no conduct based upon blind racism can give give absolute protection from evil men. In the case of the latter all who do that become some part of the set of evil men.
