Hi Paul and all... this sure is frustrating isn't it!!! We are kind of in a dilemma however..... on one hand we love a semi-open communications path with Echo and tend to expect everything to happen when and exactly how we are led to believe. I am certainly not making ANY excuses for Echo... I too expected at least a response regarding the delay to the release that has been referenced many times lately.... BUT.... stuff happens. The other alternative is not to make ANY references to upcoming news or announcements and therefore sparing us our "holding breath" activities. I'm sure if we whine too much... option 2 of not telling us anything might be instituted. I'm kinda torn which would be better for my mental health. I hate to say it... but I'm kinda siding with Waldy. I will feel much better when a news release comes out that actually starts spelling out a few things. Everything we have been told so far relates to personel changes and general information (all of which is great to some extent). I would like to know specifics on distribution agreements... merger agreements.... lawsuits filed... patents pending. I still feel as if I'm being spoon fed information to keep me happy. Part of business is to look out for #1.... I just hope that while current management is looking out for themselves... that some of the leftovers dribble down to us. Still cautiously optimistic.... Lance
