Greetings from the frozen northern states.

I sold my MCD almost two years ago when it first peaked at $44/share. I saw failed promotions, poor store management, drop in standards set by the McDonald's of the 60's/70's and lack of direction by the corporate empire. I also see that most of the blue striped pin heads that they hired for their upper management either never flipped a burger in their life or have forgotten what it was like to worked for a living.

I took by girls (4 and 9 years old) to McDonald's last night and the store was dirty, the service was slow and the food was cold. My wife refuses to eat there. The only reason I take my girls to MCD is because I worked over 10 years as a salaried manager (I started out making fries) and I'm holding out hope that management can get their poop in a group.

MCD has alot of positive things going for it but it is a big ship and turning a corner is going to be very slow.

Comments are welcome.

Thank you! Stop by again.
