Check out today's New York Times article on Lucent. It references ODSI. Talks about a possible OEM deal and the article talks about Lucent's strategy which includes acquisitions. No announcement from ODSI so I dont believe an OEM deal is concluded but I believe from what I have read that one is being worked on. The outcome is unclear but I believe you are going to see this pop on good volume this afternoon.
