This one should be fairly easy to tract; if the company is able to meet it's objectives for signing new marketing agreements and obtaining NASDAQ or other "big board" listing, then the stock will almost certainly move up substantially. If these things don't happen, then that could be a sign of problems either in manufacture, competitive entry or something else. I will be staying in touch with the company on at least a weekly basis to see how things are going.

I like the tone of management. The key managers have ownership positions and options so they are engergized to realy get things going. When you take what amounts to as a start-up company from miniscule sales to $50-$100 million in sales in just a couple of years, the stock valuation soars. That is their plan and it appears to be very realistic given the current product and marketing objectives. If they are able to broaden the products and the marketing programs prove to be more successful than the modest expectations, then it is posible for sales to grow to over $100 million in just 2-4 years. The company has about 10 million shares allocated and only about 3 million in float. They expect to have between 13 and 13.5 million shares allocated or in float by the end of next year. If you take a typical range for price/revenue, you would see some pretty impressive numbers; at $50 million revenue and a valuation of 4X revenues = $200 million in valuation. That gives you a stock price of around $15. Microsoft has a valuation to revenue number of about 10X and many tech growth companiues have higher ratios than 4X. The $50 million figure is lower than projections in the company's business plan and that doesn't take into account the expected new agreements or product plans. You can see where I am going with this analysis. If a few of the expectd things happen and then some more new projects and products are developed over the course of the next year, this stock could rocket well beyond the $15 mark.
