As previously disclosed in recent SEC filings, ATC entered into an agreement to sublease approximately 23,700 square feet of office, warehousing, product assembly, and research space. The sublease is for a term commencing January 1, 2006 and expiring May 31, 2011. In addition, the sublease provides ATC a right of first refusal on additional space in the building, which contains a total of 68,910 square feet including the company’s new premises. |
