Well, everyone knows that you better buy now before both RE prices AND interest rates make 15% jump. -g/ng-

EDIT: Even thought inventory has grown it's still fairly low -- just two months of sales. IMO it needs to double by Summer in order to see the prices to start going down. If sales also slow down then by Fall we will have about six months of sales.
