Jalali, I think Timberline is fine little company. On comparing valuations, though, I think it is misleading
to compare PE ratios. SOTA had write offs, heavy investments in R&D, and a number of
non-recurring charges over the last year. I think it is much more accurate to compare
capitalization to revenues versus projected growth rate.

How fast are revenues projected to grow for Timberline?

SOTA's revenues are projected to grow at a 35 to 40% rate over the next 12 months. 1998 earnings could be
in the $0.85 to $1.00 range. EPS will grow over 100% this year and 60 to 80% in 1998.
