Top Chipmaker Intel Lagging In Market, But For How Long? I don't know what to say about Intel but it looks that the perception is that Intel's EPS is restricted by AMD. Though this might be true keep in mind that INTC raised Capex which should impact depreciation (EPS) though it (increase in capex) sets the stage for future earnings growth.
