Mark, You are evading the words of the Bible, and God. God told Moses to kill those people, and raze their cities, after He laid down the commandments. If you don't see that God knows there are times that the people must defend themselves by killing enemies, you are blind. It, actually, is in black, and white, on the pages of the Bible.
You, like many other uneducated Christians, have chosen only the parts of the Bible that you want to hear, but refuse to acknowledge those words the interfer with your human plans. That is why there are so many denominations in the Christian faith, and causes the schisms within the faith.
