Downgrades: Friedman, Billings, Ramsey downgrades Intel (INTC 20.29) to Market Perform from Outperform and $23 tgt from $31, as they believe cancellations that began at the end of Q405 have persisted into Q106 and feel pricing pressures are not likely to end soon.
