No, they tell them "I need to cover 5 million INTC and you do remember our deal that I will get you a nice percentage off of my gains". Bastards, nothing but bastards. This is all a big manipulated game trying to get the money from Joe Average into the pockets of the super wealthy. The advent of CNBC has made the game even easier, IMO.
