That reminds me of defense lawyers arguing the merit of their subpoena of Bloomberg News reporter David Evans during tonys trial. Oooops that SAME EVANS was too hot of a subject to touch in the a@p gated community! lma(zz)o Remember your pal Remond reported: Berke told judge Dearie that he wants Evans to testify about a call the reporter made to Elgindy shortly before his arrest in May 2002.
