Maybe if they represented a "potential growth market" like 1.2B Chinese do, they might be bumped up a few notches on our scale.

Excuse me, but do you value everything in terms of economics and video games? BTW I would be very surprised if Israel bought more American products than 1.2 billion Muslims.
