In order for this SI forum to work well, we need to help each other and share the load in gathering and analyzing information. Everybody needs to do what they can, and then share. The ultimate buy, sell, or sideline, decision and responsibility is up to each individual. Blaming someone else for your decision, is poor form. As per your comment: No word yet from the 3 amigos on why this is happening. I have already posted my take on the insider selling. techstocks.com If you call, I would be interested in what the company says about the insider selling and the negotiations on the licensing agreements.
