It's seems to me that something like protecting our ports and keeping them secure at a time of war should be an issue that is discussed with the voters and Congress before it is approved. We cannot afford to have an Arab enemy sneak a WMD into this country. It's just that simple.

This was a back-room deal made by current and former high level government officials, who will be making some real good money on this. Even Bush said he was not in on the loop with this deal.
