Buckley nailed it. Now how do we come up with a new policy when folks like you and those on the right are always at each others throat. You are far too interest in recriminations and natred to add to the debate by coming up with an alternate policy that involves a way out of iraq. I wrote a year ago on lindy bills right wing thread that 3 state solution was likely. Kurds can go it alone; and Shiaa deserve not to be subjugated by sunnis anymore or iran in the future (which is becoming something more than only a possiblity). I hope this admin can do what Buckley asks of it and steve is right--guys like rummy and cheney must go--not because bush was not onboard because symbolically new folks need to make the new policy if it is to believeable.
