But the scandal happened just few years ago and Swedish corporations (unfortunately not the people who worked in them) ended up in court.

I have no clue what you talk about here but no doubt you could help me with a link.

Not only Swedes tried to sweep it under the rug but they also continued the crimes against Jews up until the story got to press all over the world.

You really cannot sweep much under the rug in Sweden because Sweden has a tradition going back more than 250 years for full public access to any documents of the administration and even of the private sector.
Only stuff of importance to the military security and very private stuff like your neighbor's hospital journal is not.

Hey, I Sweden its even public how much you or your neighbor declare as taxable income!! Published in a fat book every year, a true best seller under the house wives.

Last but not least I may remind you of the fact, that some idealistic Swedes like Raoul Wallenberg and Folke Bernadotte were some of the earliest out and with their lives at stake helped saving lives of a lot of Jewish people during the end of WWII and the first years after that.

You may have conveniently forgotten, however, that Wallenberg was murdered by the Russians and Bernadotte by the Jews for that.

Something to be ashamed of, I guess.
