Roger, I have a level 2 screen and Dow Jones news service. when the lawsuit announcement came across the news in the afternoon, it was old news for the day, but the stock went down over 2 points in a matter of minutes to 53 1/4, the low for the day. I have traded this stock for a few months and have watched go up and down fast for no good reason.
