Actually, it's a pretty good movie.

Charlotte Rampling plays a stuffy British mystery writer suffering from writer's block. She goes to stay in her editor's country house in France. the editor's 20ish daughter shows up and disturbs her peace. The writer gets her groove back writing about the girl.

I enjoyed the movie, but I'd say you have to be in the right mood.

It's not subtitled, but there is some small amount of dialogue in French, which does have subtitles.
