Peter, Yeah, we have bureacracies that are as worthless as tits on a boar hog. They are manned by people that feel they should do something to justify their presence, even if it's wrong. Which in many cases is the outcome. They trample on the rights of individuals, and it was the individuals that built this nation, not those panty waist parasites.

Those that don't take care of their property should be made to clean it up for a number of reasons, but sometimes the government departments have too much of a heavy hand in the way they use their powers.

I would want to know more about how, and why, the government prevents people from using their land the way they want to. If the land owners are polluting the area beyond his boundaries, growing drugs, or training outlaw mercenaries, they should be stopped, but if the only offense is not an abuse of the land, or the animals there, the owner should have a free hand to do as he pleases.
