This is the problem with Libertarianism. As with the idea that 'capitalism is the most efficient system' and we should always let 'market forces' determine the outcome, it does not work in the real world.

The most important thing in the world is not property. That's a very dismal way of looking at things. The most important thing in the world should be the best life for all living creatures. Yep, that sounds idealistic but the human species isn't going to get all hot and bothered (except for the sociopaths) and absolutely inspired by property rights.

That kind of attitude is absolutely venal. I put it in the same basket as fundamentalist religions where obedience to the ancient writings of a handful of people are also more important than a good life.

It's no way to live. Who wants to live on a planet with this kind of dog-eat-dog attitude? Who?
