John- 1) You can ask me on this thread, if you wish. 2) What does TIA mean? 3) I just spoke to the company and got some info. about the 8-K/equity infusion situation. There has been no filing yet, because the transaction has not yet been completed. I asked when the deal will be closed, and I was told it is imminent, meaning over the next few days. The company will issue a press release on that day. 15 days from then, we should see an 8-K. Todd
