PROXY News from PQL Research I'm happy to report that I have received proxy materials from both of my brokers holding my SMKT shares. You can vote online at www.proxyvote.com if you have your election form in front of you with the control information. The voting will end March 31. With the merger now in its final stage, we can all breath a sigh of relief as we vote to become shareholders of Texas Prototypes, Inc - and remember how we found this little company pre-merger that will no doubt be a Nasdaq 100 bellwether in a few years. I would expect the bid of the stock to be quite strong now that people are almost assured (I can't fathom the vote not passing) of owning TXP stock. stockcharts.com I currently own 60,000 shares @ .03 average, and have not been compensated by SMKT to provide coverage of their stock.
