Karl, go to WSJ Briefing and check out their press release. Apparently, there is an amendment to the original merger agreement. In this new agreement, ELM will pump in an additional $8mil to DNAP on of the the original $10mil.

I guess that is why the thing is bouncing back. I don't quite understand why it went down that low in the first place. Lots of analyts have been very optimistic about the future of DNAP because of the merger. I guess, ELM must be trying to depreciate the price so they can buy it cheap. I don't know.

Any how, the new company will be promising with ELM's support.
