Carolyn, You will find people here who kick and scream about their service from Charter, but such has not been my experience. I have not used my ISP for an email address since I can remember when, preferring the free web-based email programs. In fact, I would have to think long and hard to remember my username and password to access my ISP email addy. I take it you have your Internet connection through Charter? "Plus it is faster than dsl" Best tell this to Laz. He's tearing his hair out with his new DSL connection and has, out of necessity, gone back to dialup for the time being. - Holly
