I had a dish a few years ago, I really liked it. There is a C-Span3 channel now, I'll bet the dish has it but not many cable companies do.

I don't care about channels like HBO, Showtime, etc, but I wanted to have Turner Classic and the Independent Film channels. Of course Comcast made me buy into two packages I really didn't want.

I'm getting spoiled. Took a job recently that allows me to surf the net, of course they're on broadband. When I get home my old trusty dialup seems sooooo slooooow. Didn't used to bother me, now I hate 'internet wait'!
