Hi WS - great comments as usual. I took the former float of about 5 and then added what I see as maximum given the financing. We don't know for sure how much gets to the float as we don't know when or if there is conversion and/or selling until it is spelled out. Given the time that has passed, and the base, I am assuming that most of the effect is in the price, but that is an assumption.

In any event, it is tiny, compared to what we see in the typical MOMO plays.

Clearly, as its share price has shown, it's not necessarily good or bad. I often say that the only real truth is that share price is a function of demand for shares vs. supply of shares. The rest is perception, opinion and "noise." If we can start with a tight supply, we have half the battle.

In essence, some of this attempt at rationale really can be applied to various TA theories, i.e., statistical quantification of perception. You know so much more than I do about TA so correct me if I'm wrong, but it's the way I look at TA. I'm not so mechanically inclined as I am in trying to understand the reasons behind each theory and then seeing perhaps that one theory applies best to a particular stock's pattern.
