Ken,

Tunica Albuginea is a fibous membrane covering a part or organ, such as the corpus cavernosa (penis), the spleen, or the testis. I think probably TA would prefer it refer to the penis vs ovary<GGG>. (ref: Dorland's Medical Dictionary, 23rd edition [ancient, but appropo]).
