I mean, aren't they even partially responsible ?

I'm not defending the administration, but I'm pretty sure the losses would not be nearly so great if the misguided insurgents weren't blowing themselves up in front of women, children, and other Iraqi civilians.

Now that they've figured out how that by simply blowing up a mosque or two (funny, aren't they Islamic zealots ?), they can propel Iraq into civil war.

Surprised it took them so long to figure it out. Just think if they started publishing anti-Shiite cartoon in the Baghdad newspaper, lol. The whole country would set itself on fire !
