DANIEL J RADACOSKY ID NOT A DEFENDANT. WHATS YOUR POINT? DANIEL J RADACOSKY WAS A PLANTIFFS ATTORNEY. SURE HE MADE SEVERAL HUNDRED THOUSAND FROM THE CASE AND NOW CAN RETIRE IN STYLE. HE CAN GO BACK TO BEING A ATTORNEY IN THE FUTURE IF HE WANTS TO. HE CURRENTLY IS NOT SUSPENDED
