Regardless with how long you have been posting here (or have had $$$$ tied up in Amati) let's just say that others far more qualified in the field of communication theory do not agree with you.

And since you are soliciting debate, on what basis of training or experience do you feel qualified to debate the merits or closed solution nature of various linecode algorithms?

And btw, I am not, but I do speak with several people who are highly qualified in this area. If you know Cioffi, you might even ask his opinion of Bert Salzberg, and then review Salzberg's report on ADSL quoted here previously.
