Quitters? Is that different from losing? Mostly people surrender when they've had enough. The Korean war was a draw. North Vietnam won outright. It doesn't look like "nor ever lose a war". Haiti and Grenada were wins [like beating up a kitten]. Bay of Pigs wasn't all great. Somalia was a lose [cut and run]. Lebanon was "bombed and quit". It's not nice living in an ants' nest.
