CYRO.OB added two new directors to their board. Preliminary biographies from the CEO. Mike Wheeler was at CNBC and NBC and has an extensive background in the TV and new media industries. Rick Greenthal is ex-McKinsey and a successful entrepreneur having built up and sold an entryphone business in California. Their bios will be in the 10K , annual report and proxy statement all of which will be circulated to shareholders in the next 2 months.
