I never used to be a believer in market manipulation.....that has changed in the past few years. I think this headline today says it all.....this is not about an "efficient market".....it is a game played by those who can control it. I am just surprised that such an important sector could be out of favor for so long. Usually they go out of favor and come in. The SCE's have been out of favor going on 6 years now. The Ratings Game: Downgrades hit chip-equipment makers at MarketWatch (Mon 2:18pm)
