McAfee's press release had claimed that Romtec, a leading UK market
analyst firm, had reported that McAfee's product outsold Dr Solomon's Anti-

from a Top 200 list of vendors published by PC Data Corporation, provider of

sale information in North America. Again, this is completely untrue. In
fact, the most recently available July sales numbers from PC Data show:

sold;

position in the business software category; and

units sold.
