I guess you'd prefer I not have an idea for a solution. What kind of America you in--Bush's? You're not telling me you like Bush's strategy? Heck, if he was so bent on a democracy in Iraq he would have sent US troops to protect the public records of the Iraqis. Instead those buildings were looted. Hey, how can you have sound elections without public records? Of course, Bush seems to have a knack for fixing elections anyway. So I'm not surprised.
