t- Tell her (IR) to go to FreeEdgar. They have the NT10Q that the JTS CFO filed yesterday. FreeEdgar gets the filings posted a day or two before the EDGAR Archives. Getting this notice, I felt the folks here deserved to know about the info asap, so they could take whatever actions they felt prudent. RE: restating earnings. That is one way to read the section of the NT10Q that I copied\|pasted directly into my post. Another way is to infer that the numbers for this quarter are so radically different from the same quarter last year that many caveats are required to understand or make comparisons.
