Jim, H&Q upgraded INTS last week. The earnings expectations seem rather low so I suppose they'll make it. Briefing.com says earnings are today after the bell.

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 11 (Reuter) - Hambrecht & Quist raised its rating on shares of Integrated Systems Inc to buy from hold based on a new product launch and quarterly results that should be ``essentially in line'' with estimates.

- said the company's launch of the Windows NT version of if pRISM+ software occurred as planned on Sept. 1 with spending under control.

- said earnings for the fiscal second quarter ended Aug. 31 should meet profit Hambrecht's and Wall Street's expectations of $0.01 to $0.02 per share.
