Skip,

I've only had GET for 4 months, and so far it's cost me more than I've made, but when I go back and dissect the trade, I usually find a mistake I've made in interpretation. One of the best tips I've gotten is from Matt Bolen, which is to make sure wave 3 is at least double previous wave 5 height in the 7/35 oscillator--otherwise walk away from the stock. Matt swears by the MOB, but I've not had much success with it in predicting next high(low), i.e. top of wave 3 to predict wave 5 extension.

My opinion is that Richard Estes is probably one of the best with GET, and there are others, especially Matt with Trading Techniques. I too would like to get this thread going again--not with picks but with best ways to use it. Guess it just takes questions and someone will answer!!!

I would like tips on how to best construct a Gann box--for some arcane reason I'm obsessed with Gann and spend hours trying to get the best fitting Gann box--but still dont know if I'm doing it right. Matt doesn't use Gann at all.

Another area that fascinates me is the What If? feature. I can spend hours feeding in future price actions to see what effect they will have on EW numbering--trying to stay a few steps ahead of the EW #'s.

Regards,
Gary
