Hi Bill, Adelphia is rolling out PowerLink in my area. I'd really appreciate the benefit of your past 6 weeks experience. Reliability? Do you switch to Adelphia as your ISP? Or do you keep your old ISP? How quick is the cable out switchover to backup number? Any messy loose ends after such an event? (CTV in my area has outages several times a month.) Most of all, are you still pleased with the service? Any comparison to 56k flex or the DirectPC technology? Thank you.
