Good point! Except...did the Katrina refugees ever work?

The majority of them don't. The ones that have weren't riding on FEMA's coat tail all this time. They got a job, paid for housing or apartments with a few months time and are productive members of society. The ones that aren't have been use to living in government subsidized housing for most of their lives and living off food stamps. They don't know why the good folks of Houston won't let them live like that here.
